Testing

Our main facility houses numerous test rigs for bearings, lubricants, gearboxes and seals. They are designed and built in-house and incorporate the latest technologies. Additionally, modifications for special projects are always possible – please contact us with your requirements.

Rolling Element Bearings

Bearing testing is particularly important for technical validation, evaluating a new supplier, and for quality assurance. Our test rigs are available for all types of rolling element bearings up to an outer diameter of 320mm under a variety of loading and lubrication conditions. We are happy to help you create an appropriate plan for your application.

Gearboxes

Since a gearbox is more than the sum of its parts, it can make sense to test the system as a whole instead of individually. We can support you with characterizing your gearbox’s behavior as well as with endurance testing.

Lubricants

In addition to being a fully-functioning bearing test rig, our EELPAX-130-H is also a lubricant test rig capable of evaluating lubricants according to DIN 51819.

Seals

Our test rigs are also suitable for testing radial shaft seals.
