Testing Facility and Equipment

In order to offer you our comprehensive services, our location in Aachen has a well-appointed materials laboratory. Here, we are able to evaluate both the cleanliness and structure of steels. Both locations have microscopes for inspecting damages and fracture faces.

Addtionally, both locations are outfitted with 3m long endoscopes and mobile vibration measurement equipment capable of up to 32 channels and 10 000 Hz.
Our Aachen location is home to our testing laboratory with numerous test rigs for bearings and gearboxes. Bearings up to an outer diameter of 320 mm and gearboxes up to 150 kw during continuous use can be tested here.
